Local Activities
Treverbyn Vean Manor stands in 78 acres of woodland including a pond and a stretch of the River Loveny. Guests are welcome to explore the woodland or to stroll in the formal gardens close to the house.

There are numerous golf clubs nearby, including Lanhydrock of which Anthony is a member, and St. Mellion. Carolyn is an amateur artist and is passionate about gardens. The Eden Project is just 20 minutes drive and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are also well worth a visit. The National Trust has many historic and charming gardens and properties in Cornwall within easy reach of Treverbyn Vean Manor, including Trelissick,  Trerice, Antony, Lanhydrock and Cotehele. Prideaux Place, Pencarrow, Boconnoc House and Caerhays are just a few of the many other estates and gardens open to visitors.

All of Cornwall is within easy reach of Treverbyn Vean: beautiful coastal walks, secluded beaches, and the dramatic tors of Bodmin Moor.
Visit the picturesque coastal towns and fishing villages of the north and south coasts such as Fowey,  Padstow, or Looe, or spend a day at the Antique Centres & Auction Houses of Lostwithiel.
