The elegant dining room
Anthony and Carolyn are kindness itself, and love their guests to enjoy organic locally produced food whenever possible. Much use is made of their daughter’s organic garden fruit, vegetables, herbs and eggs. Fish and shellfish come from Cornish coastal waters and our meat and poultry from local farms.
The grilled full Cornish breakfast, preceded by freshly squeezed orange juice, yogurts, fresh fruits and cereals is served in the elegant dining room at a time to suit our guests.
Dinner can be enjoyed at one of the many local restaurants or pubs. Alternatively a two course supper can be served by prior arrangement.
Cornwall is well known for its quality and range of cuisine; the fine restaurants pride themselves on using the freshest ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible. Within easy reach of Treverbyn Vean are establishments famed nationally and locally including: Tapenades in Liskeard, Trewithen in Lostwithiel, Food For Thought and The Other Place in Fowey, Trawler’s on the Quay, Barclay House in Looe, and Jamie Oliver’s Fifteen Cornwall at Watergate Bay.
